< DANDELION >

An exercise of transformations and making particle system.

< MY SNOWFLAKES >

The demo for an exhibition proposal for Snow Crystals Museum in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, that presents an interactive, 3D projected animation of falling snow, created by the audience.

In this chilling, dreamy room, the audience can see different sorts of snow falling down, and draw their own snowflakes in the space by waving one finger in the air. The movement will be automatically translated to icy strokes with hexagonal symmetry which will instantly appear in the room. They may also influence the trajectory of the snow by making sounds. The exhibition space will transform into a beautiful exhibition hall full of fun and surprise.

< ANONYMITY >

or How Robots See Us

A representation of the emerging and future virtual world, which helps people disguise themselves as other personalities, but also effaces individual differences.

It can be shown on a plaza, with a large screen displaying real-time video stream of the scenery in front of it and transforming people’s face into geometric shapes/emojis/popular stickers.

< COLORDISC >

I love objects that allow people to produce creative output. So I made this musical instrument that converts colorful shapes put by users into sounds.
